FAA Class II Medical Examinations
Comprehensive FAA Class II medical examinations for commercial pilots and other eligible aviators. These exams are performed in accordance with FAA guidelines and include a detailed medical history review, physical examination, vision assessment, hearing evaluation, blood pressure screening, and required documentation submission through MedXPress.

MedXPress Application Assistance
We assist patients with completing and reviewing their FAA MedXPress application to help ensure accuracy and reduce delays in the certification process. Guidance is provided regarding medical history documentation, medications, and prior health conditions when applicable.

Medication Review & FAA Guidance
Certain medications may impact FAA certification eligibility. We provide medication reviews and discuss FAA-compatible treatment options whenever possible to help pilots remain medically qualified.

Electrocardiogram (EKG) Services
EKG testing is available when medically indicated or required based on FAA age-related guidelines or cardiovascular evaluation needs. Results are reviewed promptly with appropriate follow-up recommendations.

Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing management for chronic medical conditions such as asthma, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, migraines, and other conditions that may require monitoring for FAA medical certification purposes.

FAA Class III Medical Examinations
FAA Class III medical examinations for private pilots, student pilots, and recreational aviators. We provide thorough evaluations while helping pilots navigate the certification process with clarity and confidence.

Have questions before scheduling your FAA exam? We offer pre-examination consultations to discuss medical concerns, medications, prior FAA deferrals, chronic conditions, or health changes that may affect certification eligibility.

Vision Screening
Vision testing is an important component of FAA certification. We perform vision screening as part of FAA examinations and can provide guidance regarding corrective lenses, near vision requirements, and follow-up recommendations if needed.

Travel & Occupational Health Services
As a physician experienced in occupational and travel medicine, Dr. Chauhan also provides guidance related to travel health, vaccinations, occupational wellness, and fitness-for-duty concerns relevant to pilots and aviation professionals.
